- You do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online unless local law prohibits you from doing so. See the chart below for current restrictions.
- We ship ammunition to your door via UPS or FedEx ground discreetly.
- Ammunition shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be by air and require an additional hazmat fee.
- Check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering.

A recent customer in San Francisco used this method and it worked flawlessly. This is not gauranteed but an alternative to those in restricted cities. Unfortunately we can't be accountable for shipping delays or errors associated with shipping to a FedEx location.
It's pretty simple; First you'll need to find a FedEx location in a neighboring city. It's adviseable to call the location prior to placing an order and verify they allow packages to be held for pickup. After you've verified the address and pickup status you'll want to enter this address as your shipping address. The key for this to work is you you MUST enter HOLD FOR PICKUP under Address Line 2 or else it won't be held and will be returned to DansAmmo.us. Finally we cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that prevents you from purchasing ammo without an FFL. Certain laws regulate shipments, some regulate where you can purchase. Study your laws and be responsible.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping - All orders ship same day Monday thru Friday unless purchased after 3:30 PM PST. Very rarely, your order may be delayed due to stock depletion. If this is the case you will be notified immediately.
Returns & Canceled Orders - All sales are final. We cannot take ammunition in return that has left our facility. Exceptions are made for defective merchandise only. No returns on military surplus ammunition.
Restocking fee - If your shipment is refused by the customer or an order is canceled, the order is subject to up to a 10% restocking fee. No refund of shipping charges will be made on refused shipments, or canceled orders that have been picked up by the shipping carrier.
Local Store Pickup - Save on Shipping! If you are in or around Santa Barbara, CA and would prefer to pick up your ammunition order; call first to arrange a pickup time. All orders without a designation of pickup will be cancelled after 72 hours of purchase and a restocking fee may apply.
